We've been using Mike and Jason at Pelayo for 6 years now between two houses, and they have been EXCELLENT. Jason saved us from an broken pipe in the front yard that exploded late in the day, as well as a hot water heater that sprung a leak. These guys are always super fast to respond, very clear in their pricing ahead of time, always clean up any mess, and make sure to do the job RIGHT the first time. Never retire, guys!!!

We needed a plumber for our older home (1949) which is full of quirks and although we had several estimates, we picked Pelayo Plumbing. Over time, he's completed several jobs for us: replaced water heater, sink disposal replacement, drain repair, shower/bath repair & the like.
It's now six years later, and any job (even the toilet running--my husband was out of town!), we're still calling Mr. Pelayo but more importantly we're referring him because he's trustworthy & honest. This is a contractor who is a great guy who will do the job quickly, correctly, & inexpensively.
